What the enquiry form collects

When you send an enquiry we collect the details you enter: your name, business email address, company name, the service you are interested in and, if you choose to provide them, your approximate staff count, phone number and a short description of your situation.

Please do not include passwords, account credentials, confidential documents or sensitive personal information in your message.

How the details are used

We use your details to review your enquiry and contact you about it. The website does not subscribe you to any newsletter or marketing list and does not send an automatic reply.

How the form is sent

The form sends your details to a server-side service that emails them to Spenta through Microsoft Azure Communication Services. A successful submission means the email service accepted the message for sending.

To limit spam and accidental duplicates, the service briefly keeps a scrambled (salted and hashed) form of your network address and of a random request identifier. It does not keep the text of your enquiry for this purpose.

Cookies and tracking

This website does not use analytics, advertising pixels or tracking cookies, and does not load third-party fonts or scripts.

Enquiry details are kept for up to 12 months after the enquiry, then deleted.

Enquiries are handled using Microsoft services.

Which service providers handle enquiry details

Microsoft Azure (hosting, form processing and email sending) and Microsoft 365 (the mailbox that receives enquiries).
