AI Rollout
Put AI to work in a controlled, measurable way.
Introduce selected AI workflows with an agreed implementation plan, a supported pilot and evidence of the result. Spenta helps your business configure the tool, train the users and decide what deserves wider adoption.
Reference scope: one platform, up to two assistive workflows and up to 10 pilot users.
Request a scoped proposal. We confirm the scope, fee and delivery arrangements before work starts.
Turn access to AI into a useful way of working.
Your team may have the tools but still lack clear tasks, suitable information boundaries or a reliable review process. A practical rollout connects the tool to real work and gives you evidence to guide further investment. We start with selected tasks and users, agree what success means, and evaluate the outcome before recommending expansion.
What the service covers
- Agreed business-platform setup and pilot-user access.
- Bounded workflows with approved inputs and human review.
- Role-relevant instructions and practical examples.
- Representative tests and a supported pilot.
- Quality, effort and adoption evidence for the agreed tasks.
- Operating notes, ownership and next-stage recommendations.
Your proposal specifies the platform, features, users and workflows included. Software, licence and recurring costs are identified separately.
What you receive
An implementation and pilot plan, the agreed configuration, workflow guides and test evidence. A completion report records observed results and limitations, with an editable action register and a handover to your nominated owners.
Who it suits
Businesses with selected AI tasks and a decision maker ready to test them in practice. The reference project supports one platform, up to two assistive workflows and up to 10 pilot users. Broader deployment, integrations and automation are separately scoped.
How it works
- Define the rollout.
We confirm the tasks, users, data boundaries, prerequisites, acceptance criteria and fixed fee.
- Implement and pilot.
We configure the agreed tool, establish the workflows, train the selected users and support a bounded trial.
- Evaluate and hand over.
We review quality and observed effort, document the results and help you choose whether to expand, adjust, observe longer or stop.
Frequently asked questions
Do we need the readiness workshop first?
Not necessarily. A suitable existing readiness pack can support the project. We validate implementation prerequisites and scope any missing preparation before starting.
Which AI platforms can you work with?
We confirm the exact business product, plan and required capabilities during scoping. Delivery depends on the platform, intended tasks and Spenta's implementation capability.
Are licences included?
No. Required software, subscriptions and usage costs are identified separately and approved before procurement.
Does the standard project build agents or automation?
The reference package implements assistive workflows with human review. Integrations, autonomous agents and automated actions require a separate design and quote.
How long does a rollout take?
The reference project targets 15 business days after readiness. Actual dates depend on your prerequisites, user availability and agreed observation period.
Will you connect all our company information?
Only the data and features explicitly approved in your scope are included. New connectors and wider organisational-data access need their own review and implementation plan.
Can you guarantee time savings?
We agree useful measurements and report the observed results, including review effort and quality. Some pilots justify expansion; others need adjustment or more evidence.
Can you work with our IT provider?
Yes. We agree who owns setup, access, ongoing operation and support, and hand over the relevant records.
What support follows handover?
The reference package includes 10 business days of project-related support, with up to three hours for usage questions or agreed-workflow adjustments. Defects in contracted work are handled separately from that allowance.
What happens if the pilot should stop?
We explain the reasons, document the evidence and agree the next step and commercial treatment under the project terms. The manual alternative remains part of the workflow plan.
Make your next AI investment with evidence.
Discuss the tasks you want to improve and the conditions for a useful pilot.
Defined scope. Supported users. Evidence for the next step.
